Our Studio Policies, Made Simple

  • Cancellations are strictly not allowed. However, you may reschedule your class to your preferred date with prior notice.

    Rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before class: late cancellations and no-shows are counted as used.

    Rescheduling within 12 hours is allowed with a P200 fee.

  • All memberships, packages, and classes must be fully paid before use.

    Packages have fixed validity; unused sessions after expiry are forfeited.

    All memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when required by law (e.g., with medical proof).

  • Members may request a hold for valid reasons such as medical leave, travel, or emergencies.

    Hold duration is 1 week minimum per year.

    All requests must be submitted in advance with proper documentation.

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled once started; fees are forfeited.

    Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, such as verified medical conditions or relocation outside the city.

  • The studio may adjust rules, rates, and schedules with prior notice through email, SMS, or official online channels.

    Members are kindly asked to keep their contact details updated to ensure smooth communication.

  • Minimum age is 15: minors must present parental consent

    Members should be in good health, and those with medical conditions are encouraged to submit a doctor's clearance.

    The studio is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

  • Wear proper attire and grip socks for comfort and safety.

    Wipe down equipment and return everything to its place.

    Show respect and kindness to trainers, staff, and fellow members.

    Arrive early to settle in-late entry may not be accommodated.

    Use equipment responsibly: repair fees may apply for misuse.

  • Studio access is available only during operating hours.

    Hours may adjust during holidays, weather disruptions, or maintenance; no refunds apply

    Service availability (private or group classes) may vary based on scheduling.

  • Storage areas are for day use only: items left overnight may be cleared.

    Members are responsible for their belongings. The studio cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
